On April 14, 2008 we were able to attend a new session of the seminar DigiDoc, directed by Lluís Codina, at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona). Mario Perez-Montoro, a professor at the Faculty of Biblioteconomia and Documentation at the University of Barcelona, gave a paper entitled "Knowledge Management in Public Administration." It introduced the project management knowledge that two years is being implemented successfully in the Department of Justice of the Generalitat of Catalonia. He explained the methodology followed, based on focus-group strategies, articulated on a number of communities of practice and managed by the figure of an e-moderator, which currently involve more than 1,200 people. El pasado 14 de abril de 2008 pudimos asistir a una nueva sesión del seminario DigiDoc, dirigido por Lluís Codina, en la Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona).
Mario Pérez-Montoro, profesor de la Facultat de Biblioteconomia i Documentació de la Universitat de Barcelona, impartió una ponencia titulada “Gestión del conocimiento en la Administración Pública”. En ella presentó el proyecto de gestión del conocimiento que desde hace dos años se está implementando con éxito en el Departamento de Justicia de la Generalitat de Catalunya.
Explicó la metodología seguida, basada en estrategias de focus-group, articulada sobre una serie de comunidades de práctica y gestionada por la figura de un e-moderador, que actualmente involucran a más de 1.200 personas. Describió los problemas y dificultades (falta de tiempo, miedo a compartir, política de incentivos equivocada, entre otros) que han ido aflorando en esa implementación y los grandes beneficios individuales y colectivos que se están obteniendo con el desarrollo del mismo.
Seguidamente intervino Toni González Pacanowski con una ponencia titulada “Nuevas tendencias en la distribución de contenidos informativos en Internet”. “Sólo los contenidos informativos que se sepan estructurar bajo un concepto semántico y dirigidos instantáneamente a audiencias hiperfragmentadas podrán sobrevivir ante la transformación de los modelos de empresa informativa on-line”, comentó Toni González, investigador de la Universitat Pompeu Fabra y profesor de Tecnología de la Información de la Universidad CEU-Abat Oliba de Barcelona.
Subrayó el profundo cambio que experimentarán los actuales rankings de posicionamiento de los medios de comunicación on-line que cederán su liderazgo progresivamente a fórmulas diferentes basadas en arquitecturas de contenidos más interactivas, sociales y personalizadas para la audiencia. ”Los medios necesitan adaptar sus estructuras de gestión de contenidos, al mismo tiempo que testar permanentemente los escenarios cambiantes de los usuarios en internet”, destacó.
Toni también gestiona la División Website de IESE-Universidad de Navarra, donde ha impulsado una nueva línea de investigación.
Los seminarios DigiDoc se imparten cada 2 semanas para los miembros del Grupo de Investigación DigiDoc, pero puntualmente pueden asistir otras personas que estén interesadas de la misma Universitat Pompeu Fabra o de otras universidades previo contacto.
